SynergyMedia has refined its Web site development methodology to
four steps: discover, design, develop, and deploy.

DISCOVER
The discovery phase is a collaborative effort between the Client and SynergyMedia. It is
essential we understand our Client's goals and expectations in order to ensure a realistic
delivery. We define the project scope, requirements, costs and timelines and deliver them
to the client for the approval to proceed.
DESIGN
In the design phase, an Information Architect puts a detailed development plan together
while a Creative Director designs an intuitive user experience. All concepts are presented to the
Client for approval and selection.
DEVELOP
During the development phase, the Web site pages are built. Our team of Designers, Site-Builders
and Programmers begin production, employing concepts and artwork created in the design phase.
Throughout this process, front-end and back-end unite, resulting in a site that combines form
and function. After the work has been completed it is thoroughly tested utilizing powerful
defect-tracking software.
DEPLOY
After final testing has been completed, the site is transferred to the live web server and
reviewed again to ensure proper functionality. Our commitment to the project does not end here.
Together with the Client we return full-circle to discover new technologies and explore new
ideas. We create lasting relationships, which grow in tandem with the site, the Client's
business and our business.
