I've paid on-line for the registration. How and when will I receive my software?
Simply download the software from the web site. The evaluation and registration versions are included in the same installation file. After purchasing a registration code on-line you should receive the code via email usually within a few minutes (however, sometimes internet traffic can be heavy and it could take an hour or so.) If it takes longer than 24 hours e-mail us for help.
I've got the registration code. How do I unlock the software?
Launch the program you've downloaded from the web site. Make sure you have the most recent version. Once the program opens click on the "register" button in the top right-hand corner. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and registration code. Enter the e-mail address you used while registering the product. Then copy-and-paste the registration code you received in your confirmation e-mail into the second text field. Click the "unlock" button. All of the color wheels should now be accessable.
I keep getting "invalid registration code" when trying to register ColorPerfect, but I'm copying-and-pasting the code right from the confirmation e-mail I received. What am I doing wrong?
Double check that the e-mail address you are entering is the one you used when you registered the product. The registration code you receive only works when this e-mail address is entered.
